We’re incredibly proud to share that our very own Sophie Broadhead, Customer Service Team Leader at Turner Price Ltd, has been named one of the Hull & Humber Top 30 Under 30 winners for 2026.
Now in its ninth year, the prestigious programme recognises outstanding young professionals across the region and supports them through a year-long leadership development journey. With a record number of nominations this year, Sophie’s achievement is a true testament to her dedication, talent, and the impact she continues to make within our business.

Sophie’s journey at Turner Price is a fantastic example of growth and determination. She joined the business in 2017 as a telesales agent, where her natural ability to support customers and solve problems quickly stood out. Recognising her potential, a dedicated customer service role was created for her—giving Sophie the platform to build her confidence and make an even greater impact.
Since then, Sophie has gone from strength to strength. She has played a pivotal role in developing what is now our Business Support Team, growing the customer service function from a one-person role into a team of five. Today, she leads the team in supporting customers, resolving complex queries, and maintaining the high service standards Turner Price is known for.
Sophie has also been instrumental in guiding the team through periods of change, including the introduction of new systems and evolving ways of communicating with customers. Her calm, logical approach and commitment to continuous improvement have helped ensure a consistent and reliable service at every stage.
Paula Jowitt, Call Centre Manager at Turner Price, said:
“Sophie joined the business in 2017 and has grown into a key member of the business. From the outset, she showed a real strength in customer service and problem-solving, and she has continued to build on that ever since.
Over the past few years, she has taken on leadership of the Business Support Team, playing a key role in developing others and supporting them through more complex situations. She brings a calm, logical approach to everything she does and is a real asset to Turner Price. This recognition is thoroughly deserved.”
As part of the programme, Sophie will now take part in the Leadership Excellence Acceleration Programme (LEAP), gaining access to coaching, leadership training, and a peer network of like-minded professionals—helping to shape the next generation of business leaders in Hull and the Humber.
The 2026 cohort was selected from a record number of nominations, highlighting the strength of emerging talent across the region and the importance of investing in future leaders.
Sophie’s recognition reflects not only her individual achievements, but also the strength of our wider team and our continued commitment to developing our people at Turner Price.
Congratulations, Sophie—we’re all behind you!
