In this short film, we visit three of our local British produce suppliers to discover the stories, passion and expertise behind the products they create.
We travelled to Yorvale, a dairy farm just outside York that has been making premium ice cream since 1989, using fresh milk from their own herd to craft award-winning flavours. We then visited Herbs Unlimited in Thirsk, a family-run Yorkshire grower specialising in fresh-cut herbs, baby salads and speciality produce. Finally, we met Swaythorpe Growers, a collective of over 70 family farms across East and North Yorkshire, who grow the premium quality peas for Darta Yorkshire.
