Registration

No. You can register your details on this site even if you are not a Turner Price customer. We will be in touch to help you open a Turner Price account. It also means you will be put on our mailing list and keep up to date with all our new products and general news.

No. You should have received an email to reactivate your online account on our new website. Follow the link and set a new password. Once complete, you will be able to log in with your email address and new password. 

Orders

Yes, we ask online customers to meet a minimum order value of just £100 (excluding VAT). If you would like to add to your online order which you have already placed, simply add items to your basket and place a second order. As long as your total order reaches our minimum order value, your orders will be merged and fulfilled.

You will need to submit your online order before 8pm. If you submit your order after this time, your order will still be received but delivered on next scheduled delivery day.

How to Use Our Website

If you receive the message ‘The account sign-in was incorrect. Please try again or contact us for assistance.’ this means the details you have entered to log in are incorrect. Please try again or if you still receive this message you can reset your password by following the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link next to the sign in button. If you want to confirm your email username or are still have trouble signing in, please contact us for assistance.

Next to each product is the option to ‘Add’ or ‘Add Case’. If you choose ‘Add’ this will add one single unit of that product to your basket (not all products can be ordered by a single unit). You can see the size of a single unit in the product description. If you choose ‘Add Case’ this will add the quantity of that product which is a full case. You will see in brackets the case quantity on the ‘Add Case’ button. With both add-to-basket options you can quickly and easily adjust the quantity by using the ‘-‘ and ‘+’ buttons on either side of your quantity number.

Become a Turner Price Customer

Simply click ‘Become a Customer’ and enter your details. Your local Turner Price Sales Manager will be in touch with more information and to help you open your account. If you are located outside our current delivered geography, we’ll keep you up to date with our UK wide delivery service launching in 2021.

We currently deliver orders to Yorkshire, Durham, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.  In January 2021 we are launching UK wide delivery for our Marketplace products. So wherever you are in UK mainland, we will have 10,000s items for you. You can click ‘Become a Customer’, enter your details and we’ll be in touch.
